I think any parents that gives their child anything to eat or drink should give it a try before rating an item or product.
These drops are horrible! No fish smell as previously stated- but if you take an orange peeling and bite on it, that is about what these taste like. The after taste is one of taking hair spray and spraying the back of your throat. Even after drinking water - up to 30 minutes later, the taste is still there. The dropper is also not the best at holding liquid, at least ours drips for a while before stopping to hold the liquid. I don't think that most babies would care for the horribly bitter taste and after taste.
ingredients are:
Vitamin A (from fish liver oil concentrate)
Vitamin C (from sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid)
Vitamin D (from fish liver oil concentrates)
Vitamin E (from d-alpha tocopheryl acetate)
Thiamin (B1) (from thiamin hydrochloride)
Riboflavin (B2)
Niacin (B3) (from Niacinamide)
Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine hydrochloride)
Vitamin B12 (from cyanocobalamin)
Pantothenic acid (from dexpanthanol)
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)

Water (Purified), Glycerin, Polysorbate 80, Orange Flavor
I am assuming the yellow color is from the polysorbate 80:
"Polysorbate 80 (commercially also known as Tween 80, a registered trademark of ICI Americas, Inc. and other trade names)[2] is a nonionic surfactant and emulsifier derived from polyethoxylated sorbitan and oleic acid, and is often used in foods. Polysorbate 80 is a viscous, water-soluble yellow liquid. The hydrophilic groups in this compound are polyethers also known as polyoxyethylene groups which are polymers of ethylene oxide. In the nomenclature of polysorbates, the numeric designation following polysorbate refers to the lipophilic group, in this case the oleic acid (see polysorbate for more detail). Polysorbate 80 is often used in food and other products as an emulsifier."
