(More customer reviews)Feosol is the best iron supplement out there! It is gentler on the stomach, and that is crucial for me. I recommend having some food in your stomach...after breakfast, or a light snack. I tried taking it on an empty stomach, I could taste it for an hour after....not pleasant.
I take only one a day, it's been two weeks, and I can feel the difference =) More energy!! Before taking the iron, activia was all I needed in the poop regulation dept., but now I have to add more fiber.
This is a great price for 2 bottles of Feosol. This product really is the best for those who have to take an iron supplement!
