It's got good amounts of what I need, and you only need to take one pill twice a day (vs. 2 pills 3 or even 4 times a day). I feel more energy when I take it and notice a difference when I don't. It has never kept me awake, as another reviewer noted (if anything, I feel more relaxes). It covers all those basic bases I look for in a multiple. Doesn't give me nausea if I take it without food either, which some multiples have in the past. And it's light years ahead of Flinstone's and other garbage like Centrum, which are pitifully low in actual nutrients and aren't processed well by the body. Definitely recommend it!
