(More customer reviews)I bought this flat iron as recommended by my hair stylist. I absolutely loved it! It had been the best flat iron I had ever owned. It is now about 9 months since I purchased it and it no longer works! It started to make a dull buzzing sound a few months back and I thought nothing of it. Then it starting making crackling sounds then low and behold it started shutting on and off and eventually the cord actually starting sparking! OMG!... I suppose if you want a good iron that you need to replace often this is the one for you. I am now gonna try a GHD as I have heard wonderful things about it. Wish me luck!
