(More customer reviews)This is the best flat iron I've ever used. I purchased this iron because I dropped my other one (same brand) on the floor and one of the plates came loose (totally my fault). I loved my old one so much I had to have another one. I use my iron daily and it never drys out my hair. I have used others brands (Chi) and they do not straighten my hair like this iron does. It seems to actually improve the condition of my hair too.... I highly recommend.
