(More customer reviews)I like the large barrel and use it on my medium length hair to provide body and smoothness while adding a gentle curl to the ends, which it does, but the barrel doesn't grip my hair at all, so I am constantly fighting with it to keep my hair in it. Not sure how else to describe what I am trying to say... you know how some curling irons really grip onto the ends of your hair and don't let go until you open the grip? Well with this one my hair just falls out if I apply any counter pressure at all. Also, I have very thick hair so it's not like my problem is not gripping thin hair. It just doesn't grip at all. That is my only gripe though. Pretty good but not great.
