(More customer reviews)I had been using the Remington wet to straight for years, but I decided I want to try something new and hoped it would be better.
I have shoulder length thick hair
This iron does straighten my hair and make it shinier (after going over it SEVERAL times)
It has a swivel cord, which is nice
The zebra design is awesome
BUT it rips out a lot of my hair,
the heat settings can't be changed
and it doesn't work any better than the wet to straight which is about $15 cheaper (about $28 compared to the $50 I payed for this one)
Basically you're paying for the design
