I have tried and tried again different vitamins and supplements to help my general well-being but this is the best one by far. My energy levels have boosted, not to a point of disturbing my sleep or making me gittery, but just an overall brighter feeling. It will make your urine very...colourful, but this is just your body disposing the excess b+c vitamins. This supplement is wonderful, I could feel the difference after only minutes of taking it with a full glass of water. Not a miracle cure but it comes pretty darn close! I also like that you take it 3 times a day, I take one with each meal and it keeps me feeling better throughout my day. I have also noticed that I feel slightly less pain (although, I can't tell whether that is associated with this product) and my immune system is a little bit stronger with all the good greens in this product, which is great for me. Do drink plenty of water if not a little more when taking this product so that your body can properly absorb the nutrients and flush itself of unneeded elements.
