(More customer reviews)This item came very quickly and was packed well. I had the identical curling iron at home, so I knew it was good. However, before this new one arrived, my husband was able to fix my other one. So, after receiving the new one, I emailed the company and asked if I could return it, since I didn't need it. I never received a response, so of course I had to keep the new one. That's the only complaint that I have. I will probably not order from this company again.
