They even included a tracking number, so we could watch where it was. Ordered a tag a long item different company at the same time. It arrived the same day!
This straightener heats up in nothing flat. Turn it on, get your brush & its ready to go. Granddaughter has lots of long thick curly hair. Her old took an hour or more & had to go the section several times, not this one. Do the section once & done.
