(More customer reviews)I started taking these vitamins as recommended by my chiropractor. I have a very sensitive digestive system, lupus, and multiple food allergies. Most supplements upset my stomach but these do not. Also, I noticed that when I do not take them I begin to feel run down. Because you can take up to 8 a day, the dose can be spread out through the day. I only take 2-3 a day.
