(More customer reviews)This product is a good one IF you can find it for a good price on the Internet (as opposed to buying at the mall). The mall will trap you into paying $130 or more for this iron, and to be honest, I think the ones they use for demonstrations are better models. That seems odd, but when the girl at the mall curled my hair, it came out FANTASTIC! I even curled pieces with the same iron in the mall while the girl showed me how-and the curls were nice and bouncy. Then of course, when you get home, it doesn't work the way you want it to. Overall, I'd say that with some practice to style hair the way you want, this iron is pretty good. I also have a HAI convertible (my second one) which is my favorite-does not let me down and I can do all the same things (flips, curls, straight, etc.) with it. DON"T GET SUCKERED INTO BUYING AT THE MALL!!
