(More customer reviews)As an active runner, (6 days a week, sometimes doubles) I've ran into an issue with low iron due to a less than adequate consumption of iron filled food items. Bordering along the lines of anemia, my workouts were sluggish and I tired quickly. I was given the recommendation to take a liquid iron supplement over tablets. After taking the suggested daily intake for about a little over a week, I was already seeing more progress in my body. Regular workouts where I've been struggling to complete and tired quickly in, I was able to do strongly.
Of course, be sure to diagnose for anemia and low iron before purchasing.
