(More customer reviews)I purchased this hair straightener for over 100 dollars around Christmas time last year. Within two weeks there was a crack on the gold plated section. I was told in order to replace it, I have a lifetime warrenty, it would cost 30 dollars. I paid and within 6 months, there was another crack same place. Not worth the money or the hassel. I recommend buying something of better quality which won't crack every few uses. This is a HORRIBLE product. I only wish I found it online, then I could have saved 70$ on my purchase. The only thing you will get from this is aggrivation.
