PROS:
1) Leaves hair straight really quick, takes me 15 minutes to get my hair done... which is GREAT!
2) Haven't had any problems with this product since i got it...
3) Heats up quickly
CONS:
1) It leaves my hair too stiff and with no shine at all,
2) Makes me lose my hair and leaves split ends.
3) plates dont glide easily and breaks my hair.
I often use this straightener first, then when its done i have to use my old one to do the front, and the upper layers so they look healthy and shiny...My hair used to look, feel and BE a lot more healthy than it is right now... i have split ends, and i lose a lot of my hair everytime i use this product (once a week)... don't get me wrong, it could be ME and it might work fine for you... anyways, i will buy a new one, another remington 2" with better and gliding plates and leave this one for heavy duty...
