(More customer reviews)These vitamins have been very effective for me. The daily dose is large (6 capsules) although I find even with 2 or 4, as long as I am taking them regularly, I don't get sick, I have more energy, and my typical aches and back pains are gone. Unlike other vitamins, they don't upset my stomach (although take with food or else you'll get a "vitamin-y" aftertaste). As someone who normally catches every cold bug that comes around, I enjoyed not one case of the sniffles for almost a year, until I ran out and promptly caught a lingering cold. Finally I replaced my bottle of these, and my sniffles are gone again. Everyone reacts differently to different vitamins, but make sure to give these a try!

These multis contain all the ingredients of I and II, and provide calcium, magnesium, and potassium as well-absorbed citrate mineral chelates. Basic Nutrients III contains no copper or iron, while Basic Nutrients IV contains both copper and iron as picolinate chelates.
