(More customer reviews)No problems whatsoever with prompt delivery. As mini flatirons go, this one seems to have a different type of heating element with the "mirrored" surfaces. I have to be VERY careful not to burn my scalp. But, this is no fault of the merchant. They delivered on time, completely professionally.
