(More customer reviews)These vitamins are realy great. Most vitamins don't make me actually feel any better - with these, I can really tell the difference, more energy, better mood. Just don't take the 2nd one too late in the day, or you'll have trouble falling asleep. When I take these, I have no problem making it through a day of housework, riding my bike, anything involving physical activity - even washing windows, which I normally hate to do. So they're a great aid to dieting - they keep you moving, and that's just what I need!
