I found it at Marshall's for about $35 and it worked great. Nice feel, ok size.
Great at heating up, cord moves pretty well, plates don't pull my hair.
*Note, there is no heating control. Just an on/off switch. It is only the temperature listed. outside gets hot, but I've used hotter.
It stopped heating one of the plates in 4 months. No big deal because of its "warranty."
The warranty is nothing more than paying $31.95 for a brand new one of choice to be shipped and no need to return the defected product. The lady was super nice, easy to work with and no problems.
I found out that these are all Chinese makes, and should be cautious at the price you are paying. I have seen a few sell for around $40 on other places online. I wouldn't go more than that. hopefully my second one won't go out on me in 4 more months. (i will make an update if it does =D)
