(More customer reviews)I buy these vitamins because they are affordable and vegetarian. Many vitamins are not vegetarian, they sneak in fish oils or other animal based products.
They have all the essential vitamins and folate which is recommnended for women of childbearing age and are a bright green color. They are kind of big and can be a bit difficult to swallow sometimes. But, all vitamins I have taken in the past have been that way. Just a quick warning, they will make your urine bright yellow. Don't freak, its just the vitamins. I recommend these for vegetarians who are looking for a whole multi-vitamin that is fairly affordable and of good quality.
