(More customer reviews)I never take the time to write reviews unless a product is OUTSTANDING, but I had to inform everyone about how great this product is. I HATE styling my hair. I wear it in a short cut for low maintenance but I still need to touch it up a few days a week. I received this product as a gift from a friend who knows how much I dread styling my hair, and I AM IN LOVE WITH IT. Seriously! Its perfect. Most flat irons aren't great at short hair because they don't get close enough to the root but this one definitely does. And being African-American, the texture of my relaxed hair requires a lot of heat getting close to the root to achieve the styles I like. If it works this well for MY hair, as difficult as mine can be, it HAS to work for you. BUY THIS ONE!
