(More customer reviews)I have a few food intolerances, gluten, soy and milk. As well as allergic reactions to colorants etc so these vitamins are working for me...so far. I have to say that in case something should come up later.
But they are pretty much a beige-ish color, which I really like. My complexion has cleared up since switching to these vitamins, why I can't be for certain. But I'm glad and feel pretty good too.
I gave it 4 stars because in order to receive the full benefit of these vitamins, I'm taking 2 at each meal, which is 6 a day! Just seems a little over the top, I'm used to taking only one at a time. But I'll take them since I'm not breaking out or itching, and feel all right.
