(More customer reviews)I started taking these during the 80's when I started to become a little health conscious. I originally bought them because of the comments on the package about the US Olympic Weight team using them because of resulting muscle elasticity. But I continued to take them because I felt more energized through out the day. So what are the beneficial effects of taking these vitamins for the past 25 years? Of course I have no empirical evidence. Only this testimonial: I am 54, and my younger brother is 48. Whenever we are together, everyone thinks he is my older brother because he looks several years older. Now obviously, diet, exercise (his exercise routine is much more rigorous than mine), stress levels, etc play a role in aging. But I can't help but wonder how much the daily dose of these vitamins over the past 25 years has contributed to my health and vigor.
