My girls loved the color and ease of use of this iron. Unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping. Two small pieces of the flat iron chipped. I contacted the company via email and was pleasantly surprised at their prompt and courteous service! They apologized for the damage and told me to keep the original. They immediately sent a second iron in the mail - free of charge! We are very pleased with their service and attention to detail. I do a lot of ordering through Amazon and I am always pleased to recommend a company when they deserve it!
