Not only do they have a great levels of all of the basic nutrients (great ratio of magnesium to calcium btw, I recommend Natural Calm with Calcium for calcium supplementation), they've added DMAE, Enzymes, Ginkgo, Milk Thistle, Grape Skin, along with some other micro-nutrients. Doesn't upset the stomach and dissolves well. Highly Recommended!
