(More customer reviews)I find that this product has the best combination of vitamins to meet my needs. It is very high in the B vitamins and it exceeds almost every vitamin percent in the Costco vitamin I previously used. The Costco vitamin was the Premium Performance Brand. Simply one has the minerals and ginko etc of the Costco. For some reason the Simply One is more tolerated by my stomach as well. I love this product, and highly recommend it. My husband takes the Simply One for Men. Sharie
