(More customer reviews)I really like this multivitamin, BUT it only has VERY little calcium and no iron. I do like the antioxidant load and other blends. On the other hand,there is too much Vit B for energy. Also taking 3 capsules a day is a little too much. For example, if you want 100% of your Vit A, you need to take 3 capsules...Wish they made more strength in one capsule.
