I've been using this product for about a year now. My lab reports have been very good since my doctor recommended it for senior citizens. He says that he likes the balance of the ingredients in the tablet, and everything that you need is in one tablet. If you need minerals, they have a version with minerals included. I also advise in getting the "new" formula with Lycopene.
I need to mention that Amazon has very misleading ads on their 300-count Centrum 2-packs. They state "...300 count (2-pack)". Well, that's not true. It should say "...150 count (2-pack)" There's a TOTAL of 300 tablets in the blister pack in two 150 count bottles! Also they have an imaginary retail price of $49.95 for them, which is incredulous. I went to four retail stores and never saw them over $30.
The 270-count seems like the best buy, but I like my meds to be replaced every 90 days, 180 at the latest. That's a personal preference.
There is one small drawback to these pills. They do not have an easy-to-swallow coating, so you can't very easily take them without fluid. Sometimes I take my pills on the road, and this doesn't work for me. That's the only reason that I gave it a 4 star rating.
