I could see the definite positive physical and mental impact on both my parents. My parents have weak digestive/gastric issues and they just cannot take any one-a-day or any other multi-vitamin capsules. This product seems to be very easy is on their digestive system too. Pharmaton serves as the best multi-vitamin product I have known.
