The stylist made a horrible mistake regarding product strength and length of processing time, and my hair was gone within two days of the service. Because I hold a professional position, shaved down burned hair would never do, so the stylist bought me a starter wig. I started researching other wigs on my own, saw this one online, and although it's synthetic, I thought it would be a good back up, especially given the $19.99 price. Amazingly, it arrived today - within TWO DAYS of ordering! It looks a lot different on me than on the model, but I'm still very pleased with it. The 'hair' feels very natural, and there is a part on the top that resembles a real part with skin. The bangs were WAY too long, and would not stay swooped to the side, so I had to trim them drastically. While the 'hair' no longer falls in my face or pokes me in the eyes, and the length is right for me, it gives the wig a MUCH different look. Also, the hair along each side of the neck doesn't hang quite the same as in the photo, but it's still pretty cute! All in all, I was very pleasantly surprised!
