If you were to buy individual versions of everything in this jam packed multivitamin, you'd be easily spending WAY over the suggested retail price. So this is actually a good deal. super nutrition uses only the best ingredients and this one has the most antioxidents ever! I have been taking these vitamins for a year now and have yet to get sick. My energy has improved significantly as well.
