(More customer reviews)I have been taking the After Baby Boost products since the 2 months before my son was born 5 years ago. Everyone said to me then"you look so rested" and "you look great!" over and over again. At my first check up to remove my c-section stitches, the doctor told me how I surprised everyone with my quick recovery. Within 2 weeks of his birth I had returned to my pre-pregnancy weight and both baby and I were sleeping 6-7 hour stretches. PPD was never an issue. ABB helped me feel so good that I continued taking it until last spring when I became pregnant again and switched to BEFORE BABY BOOST. I was able to manage insomnia, nausea, and constipation with BBB much easier than the first time I was pregnant when the BBB prenatal system was not yet available. As soon as my second son was born (just 2 months ago) I switched back to ABB postnatal system and feel as great as ever! I am relaxed, rested and again back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I feel great and have the BEFORE BABY BOOST and AFTER BABY BOOST products to thank for it!
