(More customer reviews)I was a little reluctant to purchase at first when I read some reviews stating that the product ceased to work after only a few uses. However, I have been using mine almost every day for over a month and every single time I am glad I made this purchase. It leaves my hair softer, silkier, and beautifully straight. I never have to go over a strip of hair more than once. I can straighten with damp or dry hair and get the same result. The maximum heat of 450F is really effective for me because I have thick, curly hair. The adjustable heat option is great because I can use lower temperatures if I just want to touch up.
Of course, I use heat protection for my hair and a light hair gloss to achieve a healthy looking shine. I flat iron reasonably thin, 2"-3" wide strips of hair to maximize contact with the plates. I believe part of maximizing results is proper use of the product.
I would definitely recommend this flat iron. It's the best I've ever used.
