(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this exact product. Upon the opening of the box, one of the gem stones fell loose. I don't know if this was due to poor glue or a rough shipping process.
After plugging up the iron, It instantly heated up. Since I have thick and course natural hair (4C), I opted for the highest heat setting of 420 degrees. With the first run of the flat iron through a few 1 inch sections of hair, the results where amazing, soft, silky with shine.
I give this product two thumbs up! Exactly like the CHI!
