And her review of this particular model is that it is NOT worth the money we paid for it. She said she could get the same results from a $20 Revlon/Conair iron. This was very disappointing to me, as I believed, in this case, spending a little more would mean it was better. WRONG. My daughter has long, curly hair that is not too difficult to curl in the places she thinks she needs it...so that was not the problem. And I was surprised she gave it the review she did because she is kinda snob when it comes to things like this...always wanting the BEST made. This iron was NOT it! Very disappointing.
