I live in Europe and I have already ruined one expensive straightener, so this has been a God-sent. It works just like a CHI should and the bonus bag, products and blowdryer just add to it. The only challenge I had is that the bottle of Iron Guard was bent a bit at the top and when I tried to fix it, I broke the whole top off making it impossible to keep and travel back with so I had to let that one go. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and thankful I found it. It has been perfect for my many travels to other European countries.
