(More customer reviews)The flat iron doesn't get hot enough in my opinion, and the surface area is too small. It should be recommended for people with thin or short hair only. They dryer is okay, but I expected a lot more from the online description. The bag is cheap and I could have definitely done without it. All in all I was a bit disappointed with the product because I expected more from the brand's reputation.
