Since I started them, my energy level has soared, allowing me to get back into an exercise routine. If you're serious about taking charge of your health, then give this product a shot. The worst that will happen is that you start to feel better. As with any vitamin regimen, you have to be consistent about when & how you take them. The only downfall, if any is that a daily dosage is 6 large pills (3 in the morning & 3 at night). If you don't have a problem swallowing them, then you're okay.
