I like the adjustable heat settings and keep mine low on the 240 mark. Most curling irons I've used in past were too hot and burned my hair. The 3/8" barrel makes nice tight curls. The only problem I see with the product is that the cord tangles during use. I'm always having to stop and untwist the cord between curls. It has a 360 degree swivel cord but it doesn't help at all. If you're considering buying this curling iron for its good qualities, I'd say buy it. If you're looking for a curling iron specifically to remedy an issue with tangled cords, I'd consider other options.
