(More customer reviews)I'm sure that the vitamin content is probably as advertised, but that doesn't do me any good if I can't keep it down. I tried masking the flavor with a beverage, but even though it did not taste as strong, I threw it up about 5 minutes later. If you don't have a strong stomach, don't bother.
