I ordered the product, received it on time in perfect condition. I have never owned a Straightener before this one I did alot of research. It does exactly what it says, I have owned it for more than 4 months now and it heats up everytime like a charm. My hair is soft and I can use it on my hair damp and it has never scorched it. I HIGHLY recommend this product and this store.
