This also seems to have every vitamin/mineral, etc. I will ever need in it. This tastes wonderful, a nice cinnamon apple taste. It is not too strong tasting. The other wonderful thing about this is that you can chew these, too big to swallow, so the vitamins get absorbed into your system faster. I have been taking these vitamins for over 7 years and will continue to do so.
