(More customer reviews)I bought this because I love chewable vitamins, even though I am in my forties, who cares, right! These things taste great. I usually buy Centrum chewables in the orange flavor, but believe it or not this product is almost identical, but a lot cheaper. Go figure. I think Centrum has a small amount of odd minerals this doesn't have. Kirkland makes great vitamins, I am off now to rave about the Tangy Vitamin C Chewables!

(More customer reviews)This is the best multi-vitamin I have ever tried. First, this does not upset my stomach or make me feel queasy after I take one. This also seems to have every vitamin/mineral, etc. I will ever need in it. This tastes wonderful, a nice cinnamon apple taste. It is not too strong tasting. The other wonderful thing about this is that you can chew these, too big to swallow, so the vitamins get absorbed into your system faster. I have been taking these vitamins for over 7 years and will continue to do so.

(More customer reviews)This is a nice basic multivitamin for those of us who really hate those icky tablets and whatnot. These are just like gummy candies. Look like em. Smell like em. Taste like em. No funky aftertaste. YUMMY. (Don't buy these if you have young kids who will likely want to eat by the handsful and end up in the ER with vitamin overdose~!)
For adults who have trouble swallowing pills, these are a godsend (I sometimmes have swallowing issues, and have in the past looked for liquid or smaller capsule supplements).
Let me say this again: TASTES SO GOOOD!!!!!!!!!!! The flavors include peach, blackberry, orange.If they added some more vits/minerals, this would rock. This is not for those on very strict Atkins or Carb Avoidance diets, as it has 3 carbs per serving and the ingredients include glucose and sucrose. Vegans may need to avoid as gelatin is listed in the ingredients. As is, the profile includes:

(More customer reviews)These are great. Gluten-free for my daughter (celiac) and high in iron and all the other nutrients. Plus it is whole-food based. The most important thing though - she likes them (she's 4). It doesn't matter how good the vitamin is if the kid won't eat them. She wouldn't eat the Freeda vitamins (they were gross, even the raspberry flavor) and the Schiff/Gummy Vites didn't have the vitamin/mineral content I was looking for. These are perfect.

(More customer reviews)We ordered this product on Wednesday and the order arrived Friday morning. (I swear they must have known we were going to order this and sent them out ahead of time.) We bought 4 bottles of the multivitamin because the shipping rate was the same as for 1 bottle. The vitamins were not these big caplets that you have choke on to swallow. They were the little round coated pills. I couldn't find those anywhere else and I looked. For $4 a bottle, if you factor in shipping, that comes out to 4 cents a pill which is something I couldn't find anywhere else either. These vitamins are Made in USA, thank God! They contain 100% RDA of Vitamins A, C, E, D, B1, B2, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Niacin, Pantothene Acid(whatever that is) and Iron. The expiration date on this batch is over 2 years from now so these pills were not ready to run out of juice. Save yourself some gas and standing in the checkout line (that's always fun). I looked up US Family Medical and they seemed like a pretty subtantial company. And I didn't have to fly off to Canada to get a good deal.

(More customer reviews)The greatest thing about this vitamin is the small round size.. easy to swallow! The addition of iron is good especially for women, and those who don't eat much meat, like myself.
Every vitamin there is exactly 100% of your daily value, and they are as follows: A, C, D, E, B-1 (Thiamin), B-2 (Riboflavin), Niacin, B-6, B-12, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, and Iron.
For anyone with allergies, this product DOES contain fish ingredients. According to the label, item does NOT contain the following: milk, soy, preservatives, artificial flavors, sugar, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, shellfish, or sodium.
Instructions say for adults to take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
Personally I wish this vitamin contained more necessary nutrients like zinc, calcium, vitamin K, etc. I also wish certain vitamins were higher percentages, like vitamin C. For the price, it's a good value. One a day for an entire year in one bottle!
