I am not sure if the tablets are more fragile than most, but it has been the case that I have gotten broken and crushed tablets now in 2 out of 5 bottles that I have purchased.

(More customer reviews)first thing i did was break the vitamin in half with my bare hands (broke easily) and dropped the pieces into some water. This vitamin is VERY soluble which means you aren't flushing a bunch of undigested vitamins down the toilet.

I cannot tolerate those with iron so this one has a nice balance of B vitamins and and excellent formula with higher amounts of essential nutrients. As an added bonus, it also has some greens in it. I have stuck with this vitamin ever since I found it. Highly recommend it.
