This iron leaves hair shiny and smooth. You know how some flatirons straighten hair but still leave it fluffy? NOT this iron. Bone straight, soft, smooth hair every time! Even heat. It's ready to go almost as soon as you turn it on. I don't know what else to say, except, I know it's alot of money, but it was worth it to me. I have had mine for 9 years now. I have yet to find another that does the job right!
