Every vitamin there is exactly 100% of your daily value, and they are as follows: A, C, D, E, B-1 (Thiamin), B-2 (Riboflavin), Niacin, B-6, B-12, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, and Iron.
For anyone with allergies, this product DOES contain fish ingredients. According to the label, item does NOT contain the following: milk, soy, preservatives, artificial flavors, sugar, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, shellfish, or sodium.
Instructions say for adults to take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
Personally I wish this vitamin contained more necessary nutrients like zinc, calcium, vitamin K, etc. I also wish certain vitamins were higher percentages, like vitamin C. For the price, it's a good value. One a day for an entire year in one bottle!
