(More customer reviews)The local stores that I used to buy these at stopped carrying the complete, and only carry the gummies. My 2yo daughter's pediatrician says she needs to take an iron supplement. She loved these complete vitamins by Disney and when I ran out I had only Flintstones to choose to give her. She hates Flintstones and after about 2 weeks she refused to take them, so I went to the Disney Gummies, but they don't have iron in them. I was hoping that it was just a shipping problem with the local area, but it's been a while and still no Disney Completes. I'm going to have to buy them online. The good thing about Disney Completes is they don't have aspartame, Flintstones complete does; I am allergic to aspartame, so I worry about her reactions. Also, these have DHA, and Flintstones complete doesn't. I would recommend these to anyone who doesn't want to give their child aspartame and wants the added benefits that DHA provides.

When I finally found one that didn't bother her, I had to snap the capsule in half so she could swallow it. I can't find it on store shelves anymore & think they've stopped producing it. I've been trying to find a suitable vitamin for her ever since. So far she's been pleased with Viactiv Multi-Vitamin Soft Chews, Milk Chocolate, 60-Count Tubs (Pack of 2). They don't hurt her stomach & we don't have to break them in half. The flavor definitely needs improved; it tastes a bit mediciney and not very chocolatey. She's happy to take them anyway.

(More customer reviews)I've tried many adult chewables. Some of them have odd tropical flavors, and some seem to have a lot of sugar to make them good tasting chewables. These chewables have a nice pineapple flavor that is not too intense.
Also, these multis are at a nice price... They are one tablet per serving - sometimes it looks like you're getting a great deal on 180 tablets and then you find out the serving size is 6 tablets per day!
The vitamin and mineral variety is pretty standard, and, overall, this item seems to be a nice supplement to a healthy way of eating.

I don't want the 4000% RDA overdose that is in regular adult vitamins. Just 100% works for me. They taste chalky but they're vitamins, they're not supposed to be delicious. I would recommend.

(More customer reviews)The greatest thing about this vitamin is the small round size.. easy to swallow! The addition of iron is good especially for women, and those who don't eat much meat, like myself.
Every vitamin there is exactly 100% of your daily value, and they are as follows: A, C, D, E, B-1 (Thiamin), B-2 (Riboflavin), Niacin, B-6, B-12, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, and Iron.
For anyone with allergies, this product DOES contain fish ingredients. According to the label, item does NOT contain the following: milk, soy, preservatives, artificial flavors, sugar, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, shellfish, or sodium.
Instructions say for adults to take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
Personally I wish this vitamin contained more necessary nutrients like zinc, calcium, vitamin K, etc. I also wish certain vitamins were higher percentages, like vitamin C. For the price, it's a good value. One a day for an entire year in one bottle!

(More customer reviews)Due to health issues I can't digest the "normal" iron tablets. This is the best chewable iron I have tried. The cherry flavored tablets are so much better than other chewables - they really aren't bad at all. They digest easily...negative results you see from most iron as the "output".
One down side is nausea if I don't take this with food - so recommend taking this with dinner or any other meal or heavy snack. As long as I eat it with food there is no nausea at all.
