(More customer reviews)My doctor told me that I was low on a few vitamins and iron. This multi-vitamin is okay. I use it daily even though I'm an adult. I don't want the 4000% RDA overdose that is in regular adult vitamins. Just 100% works for me. They taste chalky but they're vitamins, they're not supposed to be delicious. I would recommend.
