(More customer reviews)Anything by CHI is worth having. I ordered this but received the wrong iron in the mail, Salonco was really great about emailing me back within minutes after I contacted them. The correct iron (the one shown and described here) was mailed to me and I was given the "wrong" iron for free. Both of these products work really well and I would highly recommend buying anything from Salonco.
