This thing is awesome. It really works well; I'd be lost without it. The coolest thing is that my hair no longer smells burnt after straightening. (Well, the coolest thing is my wicked curly hair is now straight and soft; the second coolest thing is that it no longer smells burned.)
If this broke, I'd buy another and pay for one day shipping. :))
